Job Title: Principle Consultant, Chemical/Oil & Gas Industry, Presales

The job
The Presales Principle Consultant's primary responsibility is to provide technical leadership to sales account manager during whole sales cycles. The activities include not limited to: developing opportunity working with sales & marketing, attending internal/external meetings and provide ideas, opinions to achieve the meeting goals, providing technical presentation and demos, providing architecture or technical write-ups for proposal work, providing product or solution training to internal team and external customer and become the trusted advisor to our customers.
Main responsibilities
· Enable sales growth mainly in Value Chain Optimization product portfolio through the AVEVA by driving revenue by qualifying leads in Chemical, Oil & Gas related OPPs
· Communicating the value proposition of our solutions to prospects or partners, at presentations, industry events, and seminars
· Contributing to the planning, creation, development, and delivery of demonstrations that prove the value of our solutions
· Engaging prospects to understand their specific needs and problems, and contributing to the development of appropriate technical solutions
· Understand the AVEVA Optimization product portfolio and how to position it
· Support proof of concepts and/or pilots
· Contribute to the definition of standardization
· Obtain and maintain the customer’s confidence and respect as the technical solution expert
Skills and Qualifications
· Master's Degree or above in Chemical Engineering
· Typically, over 10 years of experience with Chemical, Oil & Gas Industry experience in plant operation or optimization related.
· Practical experience of the AVEVA optimization solutions
· The ability to effectively self-manage and handle multiple, potentially competing commitments at the same time
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· The ability to work alone to hands-on develop and present demo applications
· Fluent English skills to communicating with global team in both oral and writing

· Prospects: Develop good working relationships with clients and always provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism
· Sales: Work with the Sales team in identifying opportunities, providing support at all levels of engagement, and ensuring throughout those proposed solutions are feasible and in line with AVEVA’s strategic objectives
· Technical: Work within a dynamic team and show flexibility in the use and development of personal and technical skills to maximize the team’s efficiency
· Extensive experience providing IT infrastructure support to large user groups that require high-performance connectivity and availability
