The Role

As a Principal Consultant in Oil & Gas, you will:

  • Lead and deliver projects across two or more of the following areas:
    • Trading: End-to-end trading operations, including front, mid, and back-office processes, trading risk, and Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platforms.
    • Supply Chain: Strategy, optimization, and digital transformation of supply chain networks in oil and gas operations.
    • Subsurface: Enhancing exploration and reservoir management through advanced analytics and technology.
    • Asset Management: Optimizing the lifecycle management of oil and gas assets, focusing on operational excellence and cost reduction.
    • Manufacturing: Transforming downstream manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and sustainability.
    • Mobility: Developing mobility strategies, including fuel retail and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Provide thought leadership in your areas of expertise, helping clients navigate operational challenges and market transitions.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal creation, opportunity identification, and client presentations.
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Requirements

We are looking for a Principal Consultant with:

  • Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas: Trading, Supply Chain, Subsurface, Asset Management, Manufacturing, or Mobility.
  • Experience delivering consulting projects that drive measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and technologies in the oil and gas sector.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Business development acumen, with a proven ability to contribute to proposals and secure new engagements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.
