We’re looking to grow our team across the Nordics in response to growing market demand. You will have the opportunity to work and lead on diverse projects across different industries including Health and Life Sciences, Consumer and Manufacturing, Public Services, Energy and Utilities and Financial Services, offering a rare opportunity to build unrivalled expertise and experience. 

Key aspects of the role include:

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Working with clients to identify and explore different strategic choices/ options, leveraging technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage
• Managing and delivering complex consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
• Contributing to thought leadership initiatives, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues and clients
• Contributing to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Our team is based in Copenhagen, and you will work predominately on client site. Travel may be required, but we are committed to working with any qualified candidate to understand what flexible working patterns can be adapted. 

Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy, strategy consulting or a related area
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of successfully designing (and ideally leading delivery of) transformation projects
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration 
• Fluency in Danish and English 
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements 
• A drive for personal and professional progression

Desirable

• Experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including consumer & manufacturing, technology and financial services
• Experience with Due Diligence (commercial and/ or technical)
