Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Principal Configuration Analyst to join our team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience, a PhD with 1 year of related experience, OR 9 years of professional related work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
- Experience with Configuration Management and Data Management principles / best practices to include management of contract and supplier data.
- Experience following documented rules and guidelines to ensure technical content meets internal and customer requirements.
- Experience with MIL-HDBK-61.
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpretation of Form DD-1423 requirements and the direct correlation between Contract and Subcontract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRL/SDRLs).
- Validate Configuration and Data Management (CDM) Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
- Formats documents in preparation for approver reviews.
- Prepares documentation for archive.
- Support Internal and External Audits (CMMI).
- Maintains audit trails
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working experience within a Configuration and Data Management discipline.
- Advanced working experience in Jira.
- Working experience with SharePoint.
- Teamcenter proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills to include the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
