About the Role
Act as a strategic compensation partner supporting the Global Customer Operations organization
Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top-performing talent and motivates performance
Act as a strategic partner to the broader People & Purpose teams to ensure that all compensation programs align with our talent philosophy and strategic goals of the company
Partner with HR business partners to strategize and develop compensation programs to resolve complex issues, as needed
Team with the Revenue Operations and Finance teams to ensure the compensation structure aligns with business priorities
Develop cost models on a variety of global compensation programs
Provide overall compensation support throughout our recurring compensation processes
Maintain job structures and associated pay ranges to ensure market competitiveness and scalability
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and people leaders with compensation recommendations on complex job offers
Lead ad hoc projects, as assigned
About You
Basic QualificationsA minimum of 12 years experience in compensation market analysis, plan design and pay administration
Proven understanding of compensation practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (ideally with Human Resource, compensation, benefits and/or organizational development concentration).
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point
Experience using the Workday HCM strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build a network to work across cross functional teams to achieve business goals
Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented
Proven track record to adapt and work effectively in a matrix organization to develop solutions that benefits the business and customer
Strong project management and organizational skills

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
