Responsibilities:
- Drive key workstreams in all types of financial transactions, including equity, debt, tax credit sales, and any other type
- Conduct in-depth research on tax credits and other financial tools, becoming the go-to expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in setting up captive leasing company for vehicles we sell, providing an additional income stream to the business
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts key to the business’s operation and fundraising efforts
- Collaborate with senior leadership on investor relations and fundraising initiatives
- Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to engineering and operational teams for product development and business expansion
Qualifications:
- MBA preferred, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in venture capital, capital markets, financial strategy, and corporate finance for Associate level
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency with slides and spreadsheets
- Exceptional communication abilities and relationship-building skills, including with senior leadership both internally and externally
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects
- Ability to identify an open need and step up to the plate; willingness to self-guide
