The ECS Identity and Access Management (IAM) group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Software Engineering Team. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to our customers, and agile product delivery. The Analyst will join forces with the squad lead, engineers, and architects to ensure our business objectives become reality in our Access Controls space.
The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring
8+ years’ experience as a systems analyst or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices. Experience in the Cybersecurity or financial services industry would be beneficial and experience in the IAM space a significant plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience working with modern application development methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts such as Active Directory, Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign-On, and secrets management and vaulting (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk).
Experience with IAM controls and policies, including user provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control.
Familiarity with IAM technologies and tools, including identity federation, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Experience with Jira and Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools is a plus.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, including proposing informed solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, leveraging agile ways of working to improve product delivery on the team.
Creates and maintains complex documentation for reference by external teams and stakeholders, including product documentation, technical diagrams, and business requirement documents.
Operates with a continuous improvement mentality and can mentor junior analysts by sharing expertise and cultivating curiosity.
Related Certifications
Certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and other Cybersecurity, Business or Technical certificates are a plus.
The Team
Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting the firm from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, data, and systems. In this role, you will work in partnership with other product analysts, product and engineering leads, engineers, and architects across the IAM domain and the wider ECS Organization as part of the Access Control Tools Team, owning and directing the definition and delivery of high-value, business-critical applications and tools deployed throughout the organization.
