JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Principal Business Process Reengineering Specialist to apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies for process modernization projects, providing group facilitation, training, and ensuring enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.

What you will do:
- Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies
- Conduct process modernization projects
- Facilitate effective transitioning of project teams
- Provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training
- Deliver knowledge transfer to project teams
- Coordinate between multiple project teams for enterprise-wide integration
- Provide daily supervision to Business Process Reengineering Specialists
What you will bring:
- BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline
- 5 years of experience in business process reengineering
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Group facilitation and training skills
- Experience coordinating multiple project teams
- Supervisory experience
How you will wow us:
- Prior experience with DoD, DISA, or DES process improvement initiatives
- Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
- Ability to work on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience leading modernization projects in defense environments
- Background in DoD enterprise transformation programs
