Job Overview

As an SAP QM Principal Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions that enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance across our global manufacturing ecosystem. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that support quality planning, inspection, and control processes while shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) implementations, from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP QM solutions aligned with quality planning, inspection, and quality control processes.
  • Configure and customize SAP QM functionalities within SAP S/4HANA to meet business and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP QM with modules such as MM, PP, SD, PM, IM/EWM, and FICO.
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend industry best practices for quality management.
  • Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and stabilization activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM process issues while continuously improving system performance and user experience.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to business users and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM), with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP QM processes.
  • Minimum of 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Quality Planning
    • Quality Inspection
    • Quality Control Processes
    • Business Process Analysis
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration and SAP Fiori applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification in Quality Management.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Knowledge of integration with MM, PP, SD, IM/EWM, PM, and FICO modules.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Fiori Apps and Embedded Analytics.
  • Broad understanding of project management methodologies and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working within aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments is an advantage
