Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Principal Business Consultant to help clients improve their business and operational processes using technology. You’ll act as a reliable consultant, guiding organizations through technology rollouts, organizational change, and process improvements.
Your Main Responsibilities
Provide consulting services and recommendations to align system usage with business goals.
Collaborate with clients to define new processes and strategies for adopting technology.
Support early-stage client engagement activities and share high-level recommendations.
Review system usage after implementation and offer insights to improve performance.
Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge across the team.
About the Ideal Candidate
Has general education or equivalent experience relevant to business or technology.
Brings 8+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel operations.
Has experience managing large or complex projects and navigating system integration challenges.
Understands hotel operations and is familiar with reservation systems, property management systems, and channel management tools.
Is comfortable using technical tools and communicating effectively in English across teams and regions.
Can oversee business operations at property or chain level and contribute to process improvements.
