業務内容

• サプライチェーンの統合（例：デジタル化、Industry 4.0、企業不動産管理、建物情報モデリング（BIM）、クラウドプラットフォーム、AI、MLなど）を含む、プロセス計画や運用における戦略的変革とイノベーションイニシアチブについて顧客に助言する

• ビジョンや革新的なトレンドを測定可能なビジネス成果に翻訳する

• エグゼクティブおよびシニアビジネスリーダーレベルの顧客と密接に連携し、彼らのビジョンを明確化し、優先順位を付ける

• ソリューションアーキテクト、他のコンサルタント、および他のAutodeskの関係者と協力して、顧客のソリューション目標を達成するためのオプションと最適なアプローチを推奨し、ソリューションを顧客に準備して提示する

• 提案書、ビジネス評価と推奨事項、ビジネスプロセス分析とワークフロー文書などの高品質の成果物文書を準備、レビュー、および管理することを支援する

• 提案されたソリューションのプロジェクトコスト見積もり、配信方法論、作業分解タスクに関して助言する

最低限必要な資格

• ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力を持った優れた口頭・文書コミュニケーション能力

• 機械工学、生産工学、プロセスエンジニアリングの修士号または同等の学位

• 業界経験5年以上

• プロセスニーズに関連するAutodesk社および/または競合製品の深いプロセス知識（例：AutoCAD Plant 3D＆P&ID、Inventor、Factory Design Suite、Fusion 360、Dynamo、BIM 360、Revit）

Position Overview
 

The Autodesk Consulting team is looking for an experienced and dynamic skill to deliver excellent consulting services our named customers. You will report to the Director, Enterprise Customer Success. You will have broad knowledge across an industry/sub-industry domain and its predominant technologies. Your expert facilitation skills will guide customers as they shape their vision in the context of industry trends, new technologies, and their desired business goals.
 

You will work with our customers' senior leadership to develop their digital strategy and define criteria for success, assess current process and project performance, create value justification for programs, and prepare to implement solutions that produce meaningful results. This position is based in Tokyo, Japan.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Counsel customers on strategic transformation and improvement plans on process planning and operation including supply chain integration (eg. Digitalisation, Industry 4.0, Corporate Real-estate Management, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Cloud-Platform, AI, ML)

• Translate vision and inspiring trends into measurable results

• Work with the customer at the executive and senior business leader level to clarify and prioritize their vision

• Recommend options and best approaches to achieve customer solution goals, collaborating where needed with Solution Architects, other consultants and other Autodesk partners to present solutions to customers

• Help prepare high finished product documents including proposals, business assessments and recommendations, business process analysis and workflow documentation

• Advise in project cost estimating, delivery methodology and work breakdown tasks of proposed solutions

• Facilitate efficient decision-making processes and issue resolution

• Participate in sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organization

• Become established as an industry expert through identifying, creating, and promoting compelling insights related to area of expertise

• Travel up to 50%
   

Minimum Qualifications
 

• Excellent skills in Japanese, business level English.

• 5+ years of industry experience.

• Deep process knowledge of Autodesk and competitive products relating to Process needs (e.g. AutoCAD Plant 3D & P&ID, Inventor, Factory Design Suite, Fusion 360, Dynamo, BIM 360, Revit)

• Excellent onsite and remote facilitation

• Complex technical details logically, build relationships, and influence

• Define plausible solution definitions based on product and industry expertise

• Excellent team player supporting other members of a shared responsibility team

• Master of Science in Mechanical, Production Engineering or Process Engineering, or equivalent degree

• BIM 360 knowledge and experiences.
