Principal Business Analyst
The Role
The Principal Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide automation and digital transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with business units, architecture, and solution delivery teams to identify inefficiencies, uncover anti-digital patterns, and design scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance and customer experience.

Excellent verbal / written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, subject matter specialists and matrixed teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic business analysis efforts to identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and digital enablement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work with engineering & operations teams to map business & technical sequence flows & end to end journeys of a given process
Analyze complex business processes and translate insights into actionable recommendations and scalable solutions.
Promote awareness and adoption of Advanced Processing Solutions (APS) capabilities across the organization.
Partner with architecture and solution delivery teams to design and implement innovative, sustainable solutions.
Develop business cases, roadmaps, and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), ensure solution alignment with business needs, and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or strategic consulting
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
Experience with RPA and BPMN implementation delivery a plus.

You will be embedded on a squad where you will provide analysis of our business processes and expertise to support the creation of digital experiences through the software development lifecycle.
