Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Principal Architect to join our Architecture team in Gurgaon, India. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to drive architectural excellence, mentor talented professionals, and contribute to transformative projects across our global organization. As a Principal Architect, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise and strategic thinking to shape innovative design solutions while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive architectural strategies and design methodologies for complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client objectives
- Prepare, review, and approve detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision
- Independently perform advanced technical assignments of varying complexity within approved schedules and budgets, demonstrating analytical rigor and decisive problem-solving
- Coordinate technical and administrative activities across multiple disciplines and departments, fostering transparent communication and collaborative partnerships
- Mentor, train, and evaluate architectural and design/drafting personnel, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development

**Education:**

- Proven experience leading architectural projects and managing cross-functional teams
- Experience with healthcare, commercial, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- International project experience in the Middle East, US, or UK is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, resource allocation, and project scheduling
**Technical Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of MicroStation and other related design software
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital design tools
- Expertise in architectural visualization and presentation software
