- Prepare detailed specifications and BOQs with cost estimates covering:

- IT & networking infrastructure
- Landscape works
- Ensure documentation aligns with project scope, execution needs, and procurement standards.
Execution Support
- Provide ongoing support during procurement and implementation phases.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, technical comparisons, and bid analysis.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved designs and specifications.
Site Supervision & Engineering Coordination
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise works in line with contract standards (e.g., FIDIC principles).
- Review and approve drawings, materials, and samples.
- Monitor quality, timelines, and progress of work.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and invoices.
- Perform rate analysis and cost benchmarking.
- Review and ensure accuracy of current and as-built drawings for MEP and HVAC systems.
Reporting & Project Close-Out
- Submit weekly progress reports.
- Review and verify as-built drawings and layouts.
- Ensure submission of complete project documentation, including 2D networking diagrams and MEP/HVAC as-built records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or relevant field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience, specifically in interior fit-out and renovation projects.
- Experience in office spaces, accommodation planning, and landscape design.
- Strong knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems with ability to interpret and verify as-built drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and design software.
- Strong experience in BOQs, cost estimation, and site supervision.
- Sound knowledge of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules and public sector procurement processes.
- Familiarity with international contract standards (e.g., FIDIC) is an advantage.
