The Principal ERP Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support. The products produced by the Principal Developer broadly apply to application customizations and enhancements, integration and interfaces, conversions, reporting and business/technical automated workflows. Possesses a functional business process knowledge in one or more areas of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Supply Chain. Works with an expert knowledge of IT architectures including cloud technologies, application technology, database, networking, and security.
Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services.
- 10 or more years of Experience as systems analyst developer including at least two years supporting Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or Payroll; two or more of these business application areas preferred. Or Kronos, Time & Attendance module of a large ERP.
- 4 years of Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
- Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming.
- Experience with the following technologies: Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services.
- Experience with test automation.
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Hudson.
- Strong public cloud infrastructure background, Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field.
- 5 years of Experience with supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance is highly desired.
- 6 years of Experience supporting Kronos workforce management applications. Kronos v7 and above (Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, Attestation, Analytics).
- 4 years of Experience with custom Kronos report development (SSRS).
