Principal Analyst, ERP
POSITION PROFILE
As a Principal Analyst, you will scope and lead large projects, working closely with the architecture and development teams to deliver solutions that enable our Supply Chain team to continue growing and evolving Ricoh's business. You will work under the general direction of a Senior Manager, providing expertise and technical guidance that is backed up by an in-depth cross functional understanding of the applications and/or architecture.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Is a FUNCTIONAL Domain Expert on Supply Chain & Provides recommendations on system configurations , development for functionality impacting Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Inventory Management.
• Is an expert on Core Configurations and setups in Oracle ERP for Supply Chain functions.
• Supports end to end flows for fulfilment and Forecasting. Collects and extracts data from various systems, sub-systems and sources, and analyzes data to identify and resolve issues, define baselines, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Designs, develops and manages reports for various custom built and off the shelf software applications.
• Develop, document, communicate, and implement workflows.
• Develop and execute test plans to check system technical performance. Report on findings and make recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
Typically Required:
�· Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information technology or related field.
�· Minimum of 9 years of experience in Information Technology.
�· Minimum of 7 years experience with gathering requirements and documentation.
�· Minimum of 7 years experience with testing and defect management.
�· Minimum of 5 years experience leading complex IT projects
�· Experience managing large to medium size projects that span the company enterprise, defining milestone dates and managing delivery.
�· Experience managing multiple large projects simultaneously.
�· Proven ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional discussions as necessary.
�· Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with various senior level stakeholders.
�· Working knowledge of ERP technologies (preferably Oracle eBusiness suite) and OTM.
�· Hands on experience gathering requirements, driving design, and owning solutions from end to end.
�· Should be familiar with Order to Cash Lifecycle
�· Experience negotiating competing or conflicting business requests.
�· PMP certification is plus.

�· Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
�· Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction �· prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
�· Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.). Moderate dexterity �· regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
