  • Translating complex business needs into enterprise-scale data and insight solutions

The ideal candidate combines deep business analysis expertise, strong data intuition, and technical fluency, and operates with a mindset focused on strategic impact, scalability, and cross-functional leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis and redesign of business processes and data flows to enable enterprise-wide data connectivity and insight generation, leveraging modern data quality tools, frameworks, and techniques

  • Identify, prioritize, and drive initiatives that transition manual data handling to automated, intelligence-driven, and scalable solutions

  • Define and guide the development of AI-ready data foundations, ensuring data is structured, governed, and accessible for predictive and machine learning use cases across the enterprise

  • Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into strategic data requirements and solution frameworks that support:

  • Reporting and dashboards

  • Predictive analytics

  • AI/ML initiatives

  • Streamlined, scalable operational processes

  • Lead the design and evolution of data governance and metadata strategies, emphasizing automation, usability, and long-term sustainability

  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and data teams to shape and influence the design of scalable data pipelines, models, and platform capabilities

  • Contribute to and influence the development of enterprise data products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and analytics needs

  • Guide testing, validation, and business adoption approaches to ensure successful delivery and measurable outcomes

  • Establish and evolve data lifecycle management practices, including creation, updates, and remediation across systems

  • Operate as a key connector between business context and technical execution, driving alignment across senior stakeholders

  • Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities to influence data strategy, investment decisions, and prioritization

  • Proactively drive improvements to data capabilities in support of AI, advanced analytics, and future-state business processes

  • Contribute thought leadership to evolve the organization’s approach toward data transformation, insight generation, and intelligent automation

  • Drive strategies to maximize the value of data assets, including data cataloging, lineage, discoverability, and marketplace capabilities

  • Lead root cause analysis of systemic data issues, identifying patterns and implementing sustainable, cross-functional solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced technical, analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy and accountability, driving outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments

  • Strong ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders across Business, Technology, and Data organizations

  • Expertise in framing complex problems and driving enterprise-scale solutions aligned to long-term strategy

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate between executive, business, and technical audiences

  • Deep proficiency in SQL; experience with Python, R, or similar tools for advanced analytics and data manipulation (preferred)

  • Experience leading or shaping analytics, predictive modeling, or AI/ML initiatives

  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to define how data drives insights, intelligence, and business value at scale
