Role Overview:

The PLM Adoption Architect is responsible for delivering Organizational Change Management (OCM) and adoption-related services to customers in the EMEA region, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of PTC’s PLM solutions. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to drive smooth PLM transformations, apply OCM best practices, support training initiatives, and ensure customer success. As a key client-focused role, the Adoption Architect will help customers fully leverage their PLM investments and achieve value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OCM and adoption services to customers in the EMEA region, focusing on maximizing the value of PLM implementations.
  • Apply OCM methodologies to guide customers through transitions and the successful adoption of PTC’s PLM solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure successful PLM transformations, engaging leadership, managers, and end users throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OCM services in the EMEA region, ensuring delivery aligns with customer objectives and needs.
  • Provide guidance in developing training materials and best practices (e.g., "train the trainer") to ensure effective PLM user adoption.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention by delivering a seamless PLM adoption experience.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OCM methodologies and ensure industry-leading service delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback, provide insights from customer delivery, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in PLM and global system implementations, with proven expertise in applying OCM methodologies to drive adoption and value realization, and a strong track record of managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing global systems for large organizations, with strong proficiency in PLM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and support smooth transitions during system implementations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in the EMEA region, with an understanding of regional customer challenges and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the global adoption team to align with business goals.
  • Plus, if you have an ALM and CAD background!

  • Customers are leveraging additional PTC solutions beyond PLM, increasing the overall value delivered.
