Job DescriptionWhat we need :
- 10-15 years of proven systems development experience using structured.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and operations.
- Drive innovation by researching and applying new technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure engineering solutions meet business requirements and comply with industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of engineering best practices and standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and team productivity.

Specific Technical Skills Required:
Software Developer
- At lest 10+ yrs of experience with Java, AWS, SQL, Snowflake, Distributed architecture, Springboot, Linux
- At least 3+yr of experience on AWS
- Experience in Agile methodologies and related methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban etc..,)
- Experience in Design/Architect Enterprise Applications
- Integrating Heterogenous/Distributed Applications
- Experience with continuous integration
- Securities industry knowledge -- ETF a big plus
- Trading systems like Charles River, Aladdin
- Batch control applications such as AutoSys, UAC
- Any experience in React and API development is added advantage
- Keep up with the latest technology trends and design patterns
- Certification in AWS or JAVA is a big plus
Functional Area Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
ETFs
- Asset management industry experience is a huge plus.
- Know how of ETFs
Language
- Proficiency in verbal and written English is required
