Job Description
Prime Financial Services Onboarding Trade Limits has a global footprint across 3 location globally manages the controls of Trade Limits setups & maintenance for products & markets across F&O and OTC. Trade Limits function is a market sensitive and high on adherence to various regulations and compliances. The team works very close with Business and traders to ensure seamless trading across derivatives, equities, swaps and fixed income products. meet client/ market bespoke and controls to mitigate any exposures to the firm mitigating risk/ exposures through trading. The team also drives innovation, transformation and change management across industry initiatives, strategic programs both internally and externally.
Job responsibilities
- Onboard of New Traders/ Accounts.
- Manage and set up trade limits on various internal and external platforms focusing on F&O and OTC products.
- Ensure Risk Monitoring & Regulatory Compliance
- Investigation and Resolution of various issues on Trade Limits.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders i.e Legal/ Transition/ Front & Middle Office/ Business/ Client Services across APAC, EMEA and NA Regions
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the function
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Shows strong on Communication to build strong relationships across Traders and Business
- Understands of Future & Options, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives Products
- Ability to analyze and comprehend issues for resolution
- Proficiency is Query Management and Reporting/ Analytical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Operations/ Investment banking.
- Experience in Operations in Investment Banking/ Financial services firms interacting with senior/demanding internal clients
- Problem solver with the ability to assist in the development of solutions for clients and strategic thinker, able to review and implement process improvements.
- Exhibit high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required and highly numerate with good keyboard and core system (Outlook, Excel, Word) skills.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines/procedures and work in a methodical and organized manner
- Strong Risk and Control Awareness - with the ability to push back on stakeholders when risk/controls could be compromised
