Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Project Scheduler and Primavera P6 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling and planning, with extensive experience using Primavera P6. You will play a critical role in optimizing project scheduling, resource management, and reporting across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project scheduling and planning, with significant expertise in Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) and best practices in scheduling and resource management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience integrating Primavera P6 with other project management and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert guidance on Primavera P6 setup, configuration, and best practices to enhance project scheduling, resource management, and reporting.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor project teams, junior schedulers, and planners on the effective use of Primavera P6, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Customization and Integration: Tailor Primavera P6 reports, dashboards, and interfaces to meet specific project and organizational needs. Integrate P6 with other enterprise systems such as ERP and cost management tools.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Offer advanced troubleshooting support for Primavera P6 users, addressing issues related to scheduling, data integrity, and system performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules align with all technical and financial requirements.
