The Primary School Principal plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Enko Botho’s youngest learners. As the leader of the primary school, you will inspire a culture of curiosity, creativity, and academic excellence while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and joyful learning environment. You will oversee the design and delivery of rigorous academic programs – including arts and co-curricular activities – lead and develop a motivated team of teachers, and build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community. Reporting to the Head of School, you will be a key driver in advancing the school’s mission and preparing our students to thrive as confident, globally-minded citizens.

- Proven experience in primary education and leadership roles.

- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators and staff.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a school environment, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
