Are you an energetic and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting sales operations and pricing processes?

At OMRON, we are looking for a Pricing Specialist to support sales initiatives by maintaining and optimizing pricing data, ensuring accuracy, and delivering operational support across the Americas.

 

This role requires someone who can work independently, follow established procedures, and handle pricing processes with precision.

 

What you will own

 

• Administer the Special Price Request program for customers and distributors
• Support sales teams and stakeholders in pricing-related matters
• Perform sales data analysis and ensure data integrity using tools such as Salesforce, JDE, Excel, and Power BI
• Ensure compliance with Special Pricing Approval Policies, focusing on accuracy and timeliness
• Provide operational support for national pricing agreements (NPAs)
• Maintain data entry across multiple platforms
• Meet performance and quality standards, including turnaround times
• Support or lead special projects as assigned
• Provide training to internal and external stakeholders as needed

 

What we are looking for

• Associate’s degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting sales, distributors, or accounting functions
• Experience with direct customer interaction (B2B preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced filtering)
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, JD Edwards, and Power BI (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (minimum B2 required)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
