Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Responsible for research and analysis that aid in the evaluation of pricing strategies and solutions that drive revenue yield and the advancement of pricing infrastructure. Manages and grows revenue yield thru research and conduction of pricing analysis that ensure account-level and program level profitability as well as monitoring of current strategy or pricing proposal performance. Works with internal departments to ensure initiatives and strategies are implemented and communicated properly using competitive pricing practices, the drivers of the revenue, rates and fees for a wide variety of external client/customer types as well as an ability to identify details and cross functional implications. Aids in the evaluation of a pipeline of pricing initiatives and requests under evaluation for review and approval ensuring requests are evaluated in a consistent and rigorous manner and that all audit, risk and governance requirements are met. Works across all functions to contribute to various strategy efforts, pricing systems enhancements and other initiatives designed to grow in designated area
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Performs thorough, detailed and precise financial and mathematical analysis or visual representations of policy, volume and revenue performance to support business initiatives.
  • Assists in the delivering of the procedures and business rules required to support stated policy, as well as the documentation and communication of policy both internally and externally.
  • Researches competitive pricing trends and utilizes knowledge for analytics, assisting in policy recommendations and risk assessment.
  • Presents the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management or other key business area decision makers.
  • Collaborates with management and other key business area decision makers to identify and solve a variety of issues, clarify management objectives, and ensure successful implementation of chosen solutions.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • H.S Diploma or GED
  • In Lieu of Education, 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Services, Transaction Processing, Analytics.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration and Management, Accounting, Marketing.
  • 2+ years of work experience in Pricing, Financial Services, Transaction Processing, Analytics.
  • Certifications in SQL, Teradata.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
