We’re looking for a Pricing Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. In this role, you will coordinate pricing-related projects, support commercial decision-making, and ensure effective collaboration between Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional tasks, working with commercial data, and maintaining accurate pricing documentation. You are organized, analytical, proactive, and capable of independently driving projects and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate pricing-related projects and requests from initiation through completion
- Collect, validate, and consolidate pricing information from relevant stakeholders
- Support the preparation of pricing proposals, commercial offers, and related documentation
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and pending actions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing records, reports, trackers, and internal databases
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, and other teams to ensure alignment on pricing decisions
- Coordinate pricing approval processes and follow up with responsible stakeholders
- Organize meetings, document key decisions, and monitor agreed action points
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and potential risks in pricing requests
- Prepare regular reports and summaries on pricing activities and project progress
- Support the development and improvement of pricing procedures, templates, and workflows
- Assist with market, competitor, and internal pricing analysis
- Support the implementation of new pricing models, processes, and tools
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive commercial information

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, pricing, commercial operations, sales support, finance, or a related role
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of pricing, revenue, margin, discounts, and profitability concepts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience preparing reports, trackers, commercial proposals, or pricing documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Experience with project-management, CRM, ERP, or reporting tools is an advantage
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to deadlines

Skills Required
