Job Summary
This individual is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Category Team. The Pricing & Product Data Intern reports directly to the Pricing & Product Data Manager.
Schedule
On-site Corporate Office Menomonee Falls WI | Full-Time 40 hours/week | Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm schedule may vary based on business needs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather and organize product data from suppliers and or internal data sources
- Upload and maintain product information in company databases
- Work with suppliers and Category Managers to keep pricing and data accurate
- Build and update Excel pricing templates based on supplier changes
- Help resolve supplier cost discrepancies with the Purchasing team
- Support the Category and POD teams with pricing files and contracts
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Requires good oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel
Working Environment
- Work is performed in an office environment
- Noise level is moderate
Physical Demands
The employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear; occasionally required to stand, and/or walk. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds while moving files, small packages.
