Job Description:

Position Summary
The Pricing Manager is a key member of the Market Access team, responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that optimize market penetration and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic negotiation skills to drive sustainable growth and value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy & Analysis
    • Develop and maintain economic models to support pricing decisions and negotiations with sick funds (SFs).
    • Prepare business cases for pricing approval of products in launch.
    • Conduct pipeline and product-level economic analyses to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Forecast pricing trends and integrate insights into the company’s strategic planning process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with sick-fund procurers and other key stakeholders.
    • Take part in negotiations and prepare risk-sharing agreements to secure favorable outcomes.
    • Engage with EMEA pricing teams to ensure information and policy alignment
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure accurate pricing for new products and manage updates for existing products.
    • Oversee implementation and monitoring of SF and National Health Basket (NHB) agreements.
    • Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper accruals and financial alignment.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Stay current with Ministry of Health (MoH) pricing regulations and ensure full compliance.
    • Manage discount approvals in line with company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with commercial, finance, and market access teams to provide actionable insights.
    • Support private market access strategies to maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Economics, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, health economics, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharma industry is a preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in economic modeling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting principles and forecasting processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level Excel skills
  • High level English proficiency
