Join our dynamic team to drive value and innovation in the Mexican market.The Pricing Manager will develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability, competitiveness, and market share for Ayvens Mexico’s leasing and mobility services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to balance customer value with business objectives in a dynamic market environment.Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pricing strategies for vehicle leasing, fleet management, and mobility solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to design pricing models that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure pricing compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Build and maintain pricing tools, models, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
- Work closely with marketing to align pricing with promotional campaigns and customer value propositions.
- Forecast revenue impacts of pricing decisions and contribute to budgeting processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and customer preferences to refine pricing strategies.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis, preferably in automotive, leasing, or mobility sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies, including value-based and dynamic pricing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the Mexican market and regulatory environment is a plus.
- Experience in an international company is a plus.
