We are now looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Communication Papers -management team. Position will be preferably based in Helsinki, Finland, Augsburg, Germany or Wroclaw, Poland. Other locations can be considered.

What you will do
- Develop and implement pricing approach in UPM Communication Papers to drive business performance
- Define end-to-end price setting framework and process and lead implementation across the organization, by engaging and driving change management
- Define and evolve relevant tools, analytics and reporting
- Define and implement a governance model to anchor pricing across the value chain, and act as process owner to ensure resilience and continuous improvement of pricing practices
- Act as pricing champion within Communication Papers to identify and spread best practices around pricing
- Provide analytical support to commercial organizations in deal pricing as needed, e.g. large tenders
Who you are
- You hold a master level degree in business administration, finance or engineering and have considerable experience in B2B process industry in a global setting
- You have previous work experience in pricing and understanding of pricing concepts, understanding of graphic paper market is considered beneficial
- You demonstrate business understanding and ability to think commercially in terms of profit & loss combined with keeping a customer-centric mindset
- You are capable of analytical and conceptual thinking and are a proactive problem solver
- You have excellent stakeholder management capabilities and change management skills to interact with stakeholders across the organization
- You show systematic ways of working and strong project management skills
- You are highly proficient in Excel, other analytical tools (PowerBI, Python, etc.) are considered beneficial
- You communicate fluently in English, other languages are considered beneficial
