Job Description- You will harmonize the pricing tool landscape for the Pharma Solid business unit, working closely with the Syntegon group functions, and implement global pricing strategies to optimize performance.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all pricing-related topics, you will collaborate with the product strategy and sales teams to refine and optimize pricing strategies.
- As the Business Unit owner, you will support the stabilization of the price list tool and serve as the main point of contact within the business unit for pricing matters.
- You will maintain the global price lists and pricing system, collaborating with product management, sales, service, and engineering functions to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Monitoring pricing performance metrics, you will track competitive pricing, customer feedback, historical trends, and report these findings to stakeholders.
- Additionally, you will support the business unit by analyzing and maintaining data from CRM, Global-Data, and Power BI to back up sales and strategy processes.
- You will also assist in the daily operations by supporting CRM, Global-Data, and Power BI analysis to ensure smooth business activities.
- You have a completed degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- With over 3 years of experience in pricing for capital goods or a related industry, you bring valuable expertise to the table.
- You have in-depth knowledge of competitive pricing strategies and value-based pricing models, and you are experienced with CRM and pricing tools.
- Being highly data-driven, you possess hands-on experience in data analysis, process automation, and systems management..
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills are among your strengths, and you approach challenges with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are open to travel up to 20% of the time.
