Job Summary:

This position reports to the Senior Manager FP&A Europe and is responsible for driving the profitability of the organization through effective margin management strategies. The primary focus of the role is to optimize pricing strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop and implement strategies to improve the margin of the organization's products and services. The Price Manager works closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. This position also leads the pricing team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our pricing strategy, structure, and pricing policies across all customer channels and product portfolios.
  • Design and regularly update the price matrix to reflect margin goals, market trends, and cost structures.
  • Own the quarter pricing calendar, ensuring timely execution of list price reviews, adjustments, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align pricing with business goals.
  • Lead regular variance analysis (e.g., price-volume-mix, discount erosion, margin leakage) and propose corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on key margin metrics to senior management.
  • Perform price simulations for tenders, promotions, and special customer agreements.
  • Prepare, validate, and publish customer price lists in coordination with Sales, ensuring alignment with internal systems.
  • Manage and track pricing changes, urgent quote approvals, and special pricing requests.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and audit trails around pricing files and authorizations.
  • Collaborate within FP&A to develop and manage budgets and forecasts related to margins.

Requirements:

Education: University or similar degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting

Work Experience:  7+ years’ experience in FP&A, pricing, margin management, or related field

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:
