As our Pricing Manager, you are responsible for developing and optimizing pricing and commercial strategies across our product portfolio. You act as a key partner to Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Sales, ensuring that pricing decisions support both customer value perception and business performance.

You combine market insights, data analysis and a strong commercial mindset to drive revenue growth and margin optimization.

What you’ll do

  • Develop pricing and commercial strategies across product portfolios and market segments
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor landscape and customer segments
  • Define pricing and positioning by geography, customer group and market segment
  • Support the development of pricing architecture and frameworks across categories
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing, margins and overall revenue performance
  • Contribute to initiatives such as speed-to-market pricing and pricing optimization
  • Monitor pricing effectiveness and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Support the Merchandising teams on promotion and markdown strategies based on data driven analysis
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Sales
  • Ensure alignment between pricing strategy and overall business objectives

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or market analysis within retail or a consumer-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • A commercial mindset with understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics
  • Ability to balance margin, volume and competitive positioning in decision-making
  • Experience working across multiple markets or product categories is a plus
  • Confidence in influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without formal authority
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English
