Cabotage TMS, a privately held software solutions company, is now seeking a Pricing Assistant to provide businesses a logistics management software specifically tailored to provide companies with the power to scale their logistics operations in today’s rapidly evolving fulfillment economy.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for implementing LTL pricing Agreements the Cabotage TMS interface, ensuring that rates are correct and consistent with the expectations of the new pricing programs being implemented.
- Responsible for helping set agreements in place and general onboarding processes
- After pricing implementation, monitor results and communicate with sales to ensure that the customer direct pricing is rating and tendering correctly with ongoing updates with partnered carriers and their API.
- Extensive interaction with sales including attending sales calls via Microsoft Teams. Able to communicate with key client decision makers as the pricing subject matter to help sell Cabotage TMS.
- Review Customer LTL pricing tariffs.
- Manage API JSON calls to partnered providers.
- Build relationships and trust between Cabotage TMS and LTL partnered carriers.
- Collorabrate with Cabotage TMS Sales Engineers to problem solve potential on boarding issues.
- Prepare data for client facing PowerPoint presentations.
- Data Analysis and Data Entry.
- Provide outstanding customer service skills to all entities involved with Cabotage TMS.
- Heavy Microsoft Excel work to analyze RFP results including pivot tables, Vlookup, custom formulas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:
