In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. As a Pricing & Tender Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping ABB's success by developing competitive pricing strategies and delivering high-quality tender submissions across our Secondary Portfolio. Combining commercial insight with technical expertise, you will create responsive, compliant, and customer-focused proposals that address complex customer requirements and showcase the value of ABB's solutions. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will help define technical specifications and develop tailored secondary solutions that meet both application and business needs. You'll leverage your problem-solving skills to identify risks and opportunities, develop effective mitigation strategies, and deliver technically robust, commercially competitive offers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating with customers, influencing outcomes, and driving winning solutions that support ABB's growth and strengthen our market position.
The work model for this role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Prepare accurate and compliant pricing and tender requirements for the Secondary Portfolio to support sales initiatives
- Ensure high quality of customer service through responsiveness and quality of tender and pricing offers
- Determine and drive pricing strategy across customer segments where possible to optimize revenue and market competitiveness
- Display clear portfolio growth through application engineering requirements to ensure right-fit solutions that meet customer technical and operational needs

- Pricing and financial skill sets to build price lists and offers managing relevant risks and ensuring sustained profitability
- Attention to detail and quality in building technically and commercially compliant offers
- Strong technical expertise: 11-33kV Distribution Systems with emphasis on the Secondary Product portfolio
- Manage commercial, contractual and technical risk in offers
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Application engineering capability to match customer needs to solutions
- Problem solving for technical and commercial requirements
