Pricing and Resource Specialist

The Pricing and Resource Specialist is responsible for analyzing resources to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness and pricing for optimal margin.

This position reports to the Manager-Pricing and Resource Analytics and is part of the Pricing and Analytics Team and will be fully remote.

What you will do:

• Assist with implementing tools and systems to streamline resource tracking and reporting. 

• Audit and track labor variances across all sites. 

• Collaborate in analysis with finance, pricing, product managers, and other stakeholders on projects to reduce costs for key products and product lines. 

• Assist in setting optimal yearly lot sizes.  

• Assist in dashboard, excel macro and Power BI management. 

• Evaluate the success of product sold through various channels and identify opportunities for improvement

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. 

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel 10%.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in SQL, Qlik, Tableau and Power BI 
• Experience in Cell Culture
