Job Description
With nine manufacturing sites and worldwide customer support, TMS delivers precision-engineered products that power some of the most demanding environments and technologies.
- Analyze cost structures and develop detailed pricing for product quotes
- Maintain and update manufacturing orders and costing systems
- Support sales forecasts, pricing databases, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate cost data for government (Truth in Negotiations Act) proposals
- Track and maintain contract documentation and compliance records
- Identify pricing opportunities based on market trends and competitive intelligence
- Deliver clear reports on pricing metrics, project status, and key findings
- Partner with finance, operations, and program teams to support decision‑making
- Support audits and revenue recognition processes
- Present pricing recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills – required
- Advanced Excel proficiency – required
- Excellent written and verbal communication – required
- Ability to interpret and explain data to varied audiences – required
- Initiative and self‑motivation – preferred
- Ability to train or mentor others – preferred
- 2–3 years preparing quotes or working with government cost proposals – required
- Experience in operations, aerospace, or engineering – preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field – required
Salary Range:
$77,900.00-$103,800.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
