Job DescriptionJob Summary
As a Pricing Analyst within the Commercial division, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate,
consistent, and compliant pricing solutions across all regions, segments and products. Your
responsibilities will include preparing pricing files and client-facing fee proposals using standardised
templates and rate cards, validating scope assumptions and FTE estimates, and ensuring margin
visibility through structured calculation methodologies. This role requires strong analytical skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
Working within a dynamic team, you will help implement strategic governance frameworks, streamline
pricing processes, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and profitability.
What you'll do:
Responsibilities
Pricing Analysis & Preparation:
- Receive structured inputs from scope questionnaires and client data to initiate pricing analysis.
- Prepare pricing files and fee proposals using standardised templates and rate cards.
- Validate scope assumptions, client data, and profitability metrics before finalising proposals.
Pricing Outputs & Governance:
- Generate external outputs such as client-facing proposals, fee simulations, and negotiation support
- documents.
- Produce internal outputs including margin analysis, KPIs, and capacity planning reports.
- Ensure all pricing activities adhere to governance frameworks and approval workflows.
- Track exceptions and deviations, ensuring proper documentation and escalation for approval.
Insights & Reporting:
- Deliver actionable insights on pricing trends, margin performance, and deal profitability.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive best practices in pricing analytics and reporting across regions.
Model Management & Maintenance:
- Maintain pricing models and ensure latest versions of templates and rate cards are applied.
- Support integration of pricing data with MIS reporting.
- Monitor and update rate cards and charge-out rules to reflect current standards.
Data Governance:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of pricing data across all systems.
- Implement and monitor data quality controls, including validation rules and exception handling.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to uphold regulatory and governance standards.
Training & User Support:
- Provide training to commercial teams on pricing tools, templates, and governance processes.
- Act as a point of contact for pricing-related queries.
- Develop and maintain user guides and best practice documentation.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for all proposals and approvals.
- Monitor for risks such as margin erosion, revenue leakage or unauthorised deviations and escalate
- as needed.

- Understanding of cost modelling, margin analysis, and FTE-based serviceability.
- Experience with automation tools or pricing management systems is an advantage.
