This role will be responsible to effectively support the policies and objectives of the organization - to deliver, measure to, and maintain optimal pricing of products and services to our channel partners and direct customers. In addition, this role will also support and facilitate providing those channel partners and customers with relevant structured and faceted data characteristics pertaining to our products. This role will require the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects while interfacing across various functions within the organization.

Key role responsibilities

  • Support legacy digital assets and applications to populate and manage faceted product information and pricing.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support and improve pricing process and related systems improvements.

  • Provide analytical and data content associated with pricing new product, supporting the marketing team, presenting to executives when required.

  • Liason for Pricing and Marketing with the IT department on projects for Business Intelligence, customer facing, reporting, and pricing discounting deployment.

  • Assist in price performance metrics to company objectives, and perform/support periodic price analysis for product lines.

  • Maintain and promote the pricing Delegation Of Authority (DOA) process, while supporting the financial and growth objectives of the business.

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the quoting process, price management, price reporting, and DOA process.

  • Support pricing systems and processes currently in place, while developing new more efficient policies and practices.

  • Develop process to link discount structures to new and existing customers, in support of Marketing and Sales plans.

  • May be required to perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics.

  • 5+ years experience in one or more of the following areas; analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, marketing

  • 2+ years experience in information technology, master data management.

  • Experience with Excel, relational databases, SQL, and some programming experience required.

  • Experience with multi-dimensional data concepts and analytics.

  • Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interface with people at all levels within and outside the organization

  • Ability to pursue tasks with energy, drive and follow through, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks

  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with business partners

  • Desirable experience

    • Management of direct reports, providing mentorship, development opportunities, and meaningful performance reviews that drive continuous growth

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

zł6.241,70 - zł12.958,30 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
