What will your job look like?
The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing cost projections and associated pricing for MTM’s NEMT contracts. This role will analyze the financial risks and incorporate the appropriate financial trends within the healthcare industry to develop cost projections, pricing and to support strategic decision-making.
Location: This is a hybrid role of work from home and in office at our Lake St. Louis, MO location.
What you’ll do:
- Develop cost projections and pricing for NEMT contracts
- Prepare financial models to determine pricing, profitability, and risk exposure of MTM’s NEMT contracts
- Review RFPs and assess pricing considerations that need to be evaluated, including capturing requirements, identifying potential data sources, and recommending the appropriate scope to support the pricing strategy
- Document, communicate, and present all assumptions used within the model in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure consistent delivery of pricing models on time
- Work collaboratively with Senior Management, Regional Vice Presidents, Program Directors and Finance to provide actuarial insights and support cross-functional initiatives
- Monitor contract profitability, and identify contracts that don’t meet company profitability requirements through performing current state financial analysis of pricing impact, and identify pricing-related improvement opportunities
- Use data analysis techniques to interpret large sets of transportation claim data and other healthcare data, identify cost drivers and suggest improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or similar role
- Previous experience with Microsoft Power BI/Tableau, Workday Financials, and Adaptive Insights is preferred
Skills:
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work and meet established deadlines and goals
- Strong and accurate data analysis skills, with the ability to find truth within data sets
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of general accounting processes and procedures
- Works well independently while simultaneously demonstrating effective analytical/problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Ability to multitask in a sometimes rapid-pace environment
- Possesses the skill to adapt

Salary Min: $55,920
Salary Max: $65,000
