About You

As a Pricing Analyst at Broker Online Exchange, you will be a core part of our pricing engine. You will manage incoming pricing requests, coordinate directly with suppliers, and ensure that every quote and contract is processed with accuracy and speed. You will become an expert in market trends, supplier behavior, and pricing strategies that help BOX maintain a strong competitive position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates clearly, and brings disciplined organization to every task.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• Manage the full pricing request lifecycle by gathering data, submitting structured requests to suppliers, and ensuring complete and accurate information.

• Act as the primary communication bridge between suppliers, account managers, and internal support teams to keep all parties aligned.

• Process and document supplier quotes with precision, maintaining clean and reliable records that support fast decision making.

• Review and submit contracts with careful attention to accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.

• Partner closely with account managers to deliver timely pricing intelligence that supports broker relationships and smooth deal execution.

• Analyze market trends to identify shifts, risks, and opportunities, helping guide strategic pricing decisions and strengthen BOX’s competitive edge.

• Maintain exceptional organization across multiple projects, ensuring that pricing operations stay structured and efficient.

• Apply strategic thinking and creative problem solving to resolve complex issues, refine workflow processes, and improve the speed and quality of our pricing function.

• Contribute to a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning by actively seeking new knowledge and sharing insights with the team.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, communications, accounting, mathematics, or a related field.

• At least one year of related business or internship experience.

• A self starter who is comfortable asking questions and taking initiative.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.

• Exceptional organization and time management skills with a track record of handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

• An analytical and problem solving mindset with strong business judgment and commercial awareness.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet continual deadlines with accuracy.

• A genuine interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the long term success of BOX with clear impact on our competitive position and market presence.
