Join a dynamic team at Kyriba, where we believe that strategic pricing is essential for driving growth and pushing boundaries in the SaaS landscape. The Pricing Analyst will play a key operational and analytical role in supporting Kyriba’s pricing strategies, assisting both the VP of Pricing and the Pricing Manager to ensure effective implementation of pricing initiatives. This role will coordinate with sales operations, product, and other teams to manage the execution of pricing for new product releases and adjustments. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will conduct data analysis to generate insights on pricing performance, supporting data-driven decisions that contribute to Kyriba’s growth as a leading SaaS provider.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of pricing strategies and updates, specifically around new product releases and segment-based pricing adjustments.

• Coordinate the operational aspects of pricing changes, ensuring timely and accurate implementation across teams.

• Support the development of pricing packages, pricing tiers, and market-specific promotions that align with business objectives and assist in vendor acquisition, retention, and upsell.

• Track and maintain key performance metrics related to pricing to assess the impact and success of various pricing strategies.

• Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights on pricing performance, identifying trends, and potential areas for optimization.

• Maintain pricing documentation and contribute to developing standardized processes to enhance consistency and efficiency in pricing execution.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or an operational role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams across multiple regions.

• Strong analytical skills with experience working with data to extract insights; comfortable using Excel, data visualization tools, and, if possible, data querying languages (e.g., SQL).

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring pricing adjustments are implemented accurately and aligned with internal standards.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
