Job Description:
Indorama Ventures- Indovinya is currently looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Customer Service Support Team in The Woodlands, TX. Your primary responsibilities will be managing all sales pricing related activity including assuring correct and approved invoice pricing in on orders and invoices.
What will be expected from you?
The Pricing Analyst will ensure the credits, debits, invoices, consignment billing, demurrage invoicing, rebates, and commissions are created timely and accurately. Investigate over and short payment as well as several activities related to month end sales close.
Skills:
- Your regular tasks will include reviewing customer orders for accuracy while ensuring on time billing using reports and SAP.
- Research and resolve customer invoice disputes while working closely with credit, sales, customers, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile and invoice month end billing types under strict deadlines with a very high degree of accuracy.
- Insuring Masterdata is correct and taking the necessary action to update when actionable.
- Assisting in reporting of KPI trackers, Volume, COMA, and other items as they come up.
- Involved in special projects which include SalesForce, Integrity, AI, and other projects.
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain with 1+ years related experience preferred.
- Strong Excel, SAP, and overall Microsoft systems capabilities preferred.
- Proven abilities in developing innovative ways to solve easy to very complex problems.
- Strong customer-facing experience and roles preferred.
- Proven ability to work with external customers in order to deescalate issues that arise and ensure ease of doing business for both Indorama Ventures and the customers.
