Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on rotating equipment and mechanical systems. Diagnose problems using measuring tools and testing instruments; dismantle, rebuild, and replace parts; maintain inventory and SAP records; support safety, quality, and continuous improvement activities; work onsite including elevated and confined spaces with potential overtime.

Manage a team of Process and Process Control Engineers to improve chemical plant yield, throughput, reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety. Lead FEL, commissioning, and startup activities, ensure capital project alignment, support PSM compliance (hazard reviews, LOPA, IPL, MOC, PSSR), oversee equipment specifications and process modeling (Aspen), mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while meeting environmental, health, and quality requirements.

Provide technical leadership for process safety at Pasadena and Dayton sites: lead PHAs/LOPA/FSS, incident investigations, MOC and regulatory compliance (PSM/RMP), train staff, support capital projects, ensure reliability of IPLs/SIFs/CMSs, coordinate audits/inspections, and drive continuous improvement in process safety programs.

Lead North America operations procurement team supporting chemical manufacturing sites and corporate functions. Drive category management, strategic sourcing, contract evaluation, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and TPV improvement. Coach team members, implement procurement processes and digital tools, coordinate GBS and shared service implementation, and manage supplier negotiations and continuity to support safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Support and improve process control applications for assigned chemical processing units: develop and tune control strategies, provide advanced multivariable control, support PLC/DCS/SIS design and maintenance, participate in PHA/LOPA/MOC and incident investigations, manage alarm systems, train operators, and assist projects and FAT to meet production, quality, safety, and energy targets.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and PMO to translate requirements into SAP-based solutions. Lead process optimization, gap analysis, UAT, project coordination, change management, documentation, and training to improve global, scalable supply chain and master data processes across APAC/Oceania and global initiatives.

Manage global product stewardship for oxides and derivatives by authoring and updating SDSs and labels (SAP SDS authoring), classifying GHS/Dangerous Goods, supporting NPI, advising R&D/business teams, monitoring regulations, and ensuring compliant market access and timely regulatory submissions.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic oil & gas customers across upstream, midstream, and downstream. Strengthen relationships, identify new commercial opportunities, drive adoption of Indorama’s chemistries for drilling, production, stimulation, and refining. Expand existing accounts, develop new partnerships, collaborate with technical teams to convert customer challenges into product/application opportunities, and handle pricing support, pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning as the primary commercial interface.

Lead safe, compliant daily operations of chemical manufacturing units, coordinating personnel, production, logistics, and maintenance. Ensure PSM/RMP/OSHA/EPA compliance, supervise and train operators, manage schedules and records, support startups/turnarounds, and drive continuous improvement for safety, reliability, quality, and cost performance.

Develop account and market plans, negotiate contracts, provide technical/training support, gather market intelligence, coordinate internal teams, and meet sales targets while resolving client issues.

Plan, organize, and coordinate facility health and safety activities. Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training; conduct audits and incident investigations; support regulatory compliance and technical safety solutions; collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering; lead safety teams and deliver safety programs; participate in EHS initiatives and maintain recordkeeping.

Lead site Process Safety Management at the Ankleshwar chemical plant: develop and deploy PSM standards, lead PHAs/LOPA, manage MOC and incident investigations, deliver PSM training, track KPIs and corrective actions, support audits and regulatory compliance, and provide technical PSM support across APAC Indovinya locations.

Lead a Commercial Excellence team to drive sales performance through data analysis, lead generation, KPI tracking, Salesforce adoption, and cross-functional initiatives. Deliver actionable sales insights, improve pipeline quality and forecasting, support transformation projects, enable account planning, and coach the commercial team to meet margin and growth targets.

Lead implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) through audits, KPI management, non-conformance investigation, supplier qualification, customer audit hosting, certifications maintenance, GMP and HACCP compliance, training delivery, and continuous improvement activities to ensure product and process quality across the site and support other facilities as required.
