To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated full-time Pricing Analyst for our Finance team at our Berlin HQ, 3 days a week.
🎯 What you will contribute:
- Perform analyses aimed at improving the performance of the Grover portfolio, leveraging pricing
- Helped to build the pricing infrastructure at Grover, which includes improving and automating current models as well as creating innovative new approaches
- Manage the actual pricing of products on the website to maximize performance
- Develop data-driven pricing strategies and optimize current approaches to improve key Grover KPIs (Revenue, acquisition rate, profits) with impactful insights
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of pricing initiatives
- Contextualize insights for the cross-functional audience
🤝What you bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with pricing, ideally in an e-commerce environment is strongly preferred
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong SQL skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively
- A genuine interest in technology and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
