Responsibilities:
• Review, maintain, and organize the RFP checklist for each customer bid.
• Process pricing requests from sales using information obtained from the customer in preparing the data into a format to price accurately.
• Help develop pricing strategies by incorporating AI analytical tools.
• Maintain all AI tools and continually improve and adjust as needed.
• Manage rates and accessorials to make them available for accurate billing.
• Build positive relationships with sales partners to enable the expeditious flow of information for their assigned customers and opportunities.
• Research rate and market information to identify accurate pricing and increase win rates.
• Provide daily market snapshot and feedback to all sales partners.
• Manipulate large data sets and bid documentation with accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison to carrier management personnel.
• Other relevant duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, with 2 years of Logistics and Transportation experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge on AI and advanced technological skills.
• Must be able to manipulate large amounts of data and bid documentation in electronic format with accuracy.
• Able to speak effectively to vendors, drivers, and other internal personnel.
• Able to build trusted relationships with sales partners and carrier management personnel.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be a proactive professional, who is a natural leader and reliable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with technology including Office products and specialized/relevant software platforms.
• Driven by a high moral and ethical compass.
