Job Description
Pricing Analyst F/M/X
(CDI)
As we are growing rapidly, we are looking for a unique person ready to make a difference and join our Sales team as Pricing Analyst F/M/X, based in Lyon (7e).
The Pricing Analyst will play a key role in defining and implementing pricing strategies across the breadth of Nemera’s business. She or he will ensure that Nemera’s pricing policies are optimized across a comprehensive set of products and services to ensure both ongoing profitability and competitiveness.
This position reports to the Sales Effectiveness Director within the Global Sales team.
Job description
- Maintain and improve Pricing tools dedicated to sales teams and deliver related training.
- Work to standardize these tools and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Update pricing according to contracts (with complex price revision mechanisms).
- Centralize and maintain pricing to automate cost inputs and output data.
- Work closely with sales teams in building and updating pricing calculation files for both incumbents and new customers.
- Support the quotation processes for sales with price sensitive analysis and scenario planning.
- Set up and measure pricing performance KPIs.
- Monitor state of the art pricing techniques and associated tools.
Qualifications
So, what are we looking for?
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Controlling, or another relevant discipline graduated from a Business School or with relevant experience.
Solid experience in a similar position (ideally 3 years) and deep knowledge of pricing strategies in complex B2B environment would be a plus. Consulting or audit experiences would also be relevant.
Experience in international and agile environments, working closely with global sales teams as well as multidisciplinary functions.
Great communication abilities. You know how to build trust & actively support the achievement of common goals across teams demonstrating leadership, analytical skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent computer skills (Excel and Power Point and SAP is a plus).
Structure and rigor are key for this role: you are known as an excellent listener and demonstrate ability to deliver objectives on time.
Languages:
Fluent in English (as it is our company language), French is a plus.
