Acts as the primary stakeholder interface, leads reviews and steering committees, supports quotations and financial planning, and drives decisions and execution in a matrix organization.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Nemera’s global locations, partnering with hiring managers to source and assess candidates for engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and support roles. Build talent pipelines, support internal mobility, contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience in an international environment.

Develops and improves automated high-speed assembly manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include analyzing equipment performance, implementing corrective actions, facilitating continuous-improvement initiatives, updating SOPs, supporting production issue resolution, improving cycle time and costs, and contributing to equipment development, validation, industrialization, and ramp-up projects. The role also provides technical expertise, training, audit support, and process best practices in a clean manufacturing environment.

Leads multidisciplinary medical device development programs from quotation through validation and design freeze. Manages customer communication, scope, budgets, timelines, quality targets, risks, governance reporting, supplier selection, and financial tracking across multiple sites. Coordinates technical and cross-functional teams while ensuring program delivery meets cost, timing, quality, and risk objectives.

Leads injection molding process engineering across multiple sites, including equipment and mold installation, validation, qualification, ramp-up, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement. Manages processing engineers, workloads, training, performance, and project activities. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, environmental, FDA, ISO, and manufacturing standards while supporting high-volume medical device production and client projects.

Supports Nemera’s global internal communications strategy across international sites. Responsibilities include planning editorial calendars, creating and editing communication content, managing digital channels, coordinating local communication ambassadors, preparing leadership toolkits, supporting engagement and change campaigns, coordinating internal events, and tracking feedback and communication performance.
