Position Summary:
Hunton Distribution, a division of Hunton Group in Houston, TX (www.huntongroup.com) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing and Data Administrator to join our team at our Central Green location in zip code: 77032. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in pricing and data. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrates the rebate and incentive claims and sales plans
- Reviews and processes credit/rebill requests
- Corrects pricing errors
- Processes vendor and factory quotes across multiple systems
- Prepares and tracks payments of rebate submittals
- Assists with new items set-up ensuring correct pricing levels are assigned
- Supports team as needed
Qualifications:
- Self-learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and maintain accuracy when handling employee or customer data
- Positive attitude and willingness to support various functions as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Experience:
- 3 years of experience with pricing or data
- Prior experience in HVAC or related industry is a plus but not required
- Experience with ERP systems preferred: Epicor P21
- Power BI experience preferred
