Job Summary:
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and executing Vybond’s pricing processes across all business units. This role ensures pricing accuracy, supports margin improvement initiatives, and provides the data discipline required for a fast growing adhesives and industrial products manufacturer. The Pricing Analyst partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Service to deliver timely, accurate, and strategically aligned pricing decisions and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Execution & Governance
- Maintain and update customer specific pricing, distributor programs, and contract pricing within Vybond’s ERP/CRM systems.
- Ensure all pricing changes follow established approval workflows and are documented for auditability.
- Monitor pricing expirations, renewals, and exceptions to ensure continuity and compliance.
- Validate pricing accuracy on quotes, orders, and invoices; resolve discrepancies quickly with Customer Service and Sales.
- Maintain representative assignments based on current and new ship to customer records and territory assignments.
- Maintain commission lists and reports for Manufacturing Representatives.
Data Management & Analysis
- Maintain master pricing data, including SKU pricing, discount structures, freight terms, and margin thresholds.
- Perform margin and profitability checks to ensure pricing aligns with Vybond’s financial targets.
- Support Product Management with cost updates, price lists, and competitive benchmarking.
- Generate pricing reports and dashboards to identify trends, leakage, and improvement opportunities.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to prepare pricing packages, quotes, and customer proposals.
- Work with Finance to ensure pricing aligns with cost changes, inflationary adjustments, and margin goals.
- Support Product Management in new product setup, including initial pricing, segmentation, and channel alignment.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure accurate order entry and timely resolution of pricing issues.
Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement enhancements to pricing workflows, tools, and governance.
- Support the rollout of pricing automation, CPQ tools, or ERP enhancements as Vybond scales.
Maintain documentation for pricing policies, procedures, and approval matrices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, or data administration, manufacturing or distribution preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., D365, JDE, SAP, NetSuite, Epicor), and reporting tools.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross functionally in a fast paced environment.
Skills Required
