Hybrid role in Charlotte, NC/Palo Alto, CA/ New York, NY
The Pricebook Operations Manager is a key, central role at Intapp in running operations that power Intapp’s pricebook. This individual will own the process and operations for all pricing and packaging of Intapp’s software subscription offerings.What you will do:
- Owning and Managing the price book process and operations using Salesforce CPQ to ensure product and packaging availability for sales
- Collaborating with various stakeholders across the sales, R&D, and finance organizations to facilitate the successful introduction of new SKUs, driving alignment and enablement on pricing and packaging changes
- Leading the annual pricebook refresh program to ensure effective execution and consistency in pricing strategies.
- Partnering with IT to keep products and pricing up to date, and to optimize setup in Intapp’s systems in support of pricebook functionality and visibility.
- Driving and implementing process improvements in the price book operations in line with the evolving needs of the business.
- Conducting regular analyses of product price performance, including defining, tracking, and measuring pricing KPIs
- Creating compelling presentations for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy in data representation and providing actionable, insights-driven recommendations.
- Understanding Intapp’s customers, industries, products, business model, and solution value propositions
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a strategy, sales operations or pricing operations role within global enterprise businesses, with experience delivering process improvement outcomes.
- Successful track record in developing, leading, and operationalizing pricing and packaging strategies for software businesses through cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and leverage a framework for decision making to arrive at a strategic recommendation
- Strong communication and program management skills, and highly effective in securing buy-in on monetization strategies from cross-functional counterparts and executives
- Expertise in analytics including synthesizing and analyzing large data sets
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience and capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ systems
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, operations, or other quantitative disciplines. Graduate degree in above disciplines a plus
- Location: Charlotte, NC/ Palo Alto, CA or New York City with ability to work in office 2-3 days a week

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
